Giant Cupcake Cake

This is a pic of my daughter's birthday cake. We decorated cupcakes and had a "cupcake" birthday cake.

Animal Theme Cake

This was for an "animal" themed birthday party. The animals are sugar cookies decorated with royal icing and are attached to the cake with buttercream.

Safari Cakes

These were for a 1st birthday and a 50th birthday. The elephant tier sat on top of the larger cake with 3 animals. The animals were dome balls covered in fondant. (There were originally 2 palm trees behind the elephant (made of pretzels and fondant), but they fell apart in the heat. Darn Florida!)

Baby Gator Cake

This was for a Gator themed baby shower.

Little Boy Birthday Cake

I made this cake for my little guy's 8th birthday. All the pieces are edible: cake, frosting, fruit roll-up wings and flames, cookie spikes, etc.

Pond Theme Baby Shower

These were for a Pond themed Baby Shower. The cake is white with fondant covering and buttercream frosting. The cupcakes (or baby cakes) are yellow cake with chocolate store-bought frosting. The ducks are made from royal icing and attached to the cakes with toothpicks. Other than the toothpicks, they are edible.
